During the World Championship held in Cairo, the Deed act of Constitution of the ISF , dated 31 october 2019, Carrara, Italy, was made official.
Absent Wilson Okon Godwin and Oleg Deryabin, Fabio Fantini, Hicham Boustani and Patrizio Rizzoli signed the important deed.
At the same time the Statute was provisionally approved which will have to be ratified at the next World Congress which will take place during the next World Championship.
